We have a 2 Day Return policy, which means you have 2 Days from the date of delivery to register an order return. Return window will be automatically closed after 2 days. Please don’t use the product and preserve its original packaging, tags, and condition.
No returns will be accepted in case the products are used or in non-saleable condition. All tags and labels need to be intact.
Return Registration Process :
- Step 1. Click on RETURNS option in the footer menu (at bottom) & enter details OR WhatApp us at +91 7059191790.
- Step 2. Our team will validate & approve your return based on the circumstances.
- Step 3. Order will be picked up (please use same packing box) from you and delivered back to us.
- Step 4. Our team will quality check the products and initiate refund.
Refund Terms:
Please note that, a gift coupon (Store Credit) is given instead of monetary refund. The cost of reverse shipping i.e. – Getting us to collect it from you, will come at a cost of INR 100 per order which will be borne by the customer. The store credit will be issued after deducting INR 100 from the price of the products returned once delivered back to us.
If we don’t offer a pick-up at your location, you shall have to ship the product at your end. In such cases, we will credit the price of the products returned in the form of store credits which you can use at any time, provided the product meets the return policy.
Please note that there will be no deduction for damaged goods (i.e. – the entire product value of the damaged product will be refunded as a gift coupon)
Cancellation Policy
Yes, you can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling or writing to us at +91 7059191790 or care@vankijewellers.com. You will receive the refund into the gift coupon (Store Credit) within 4 days from the time of order cancellation.
